Dr. Moore’s interest in health and health care began in her childhood, and her first degree was a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Dallas Baptist University. After 13 years (1983-1996) as an ER nurse, Dr. Moore sought other ways to serve the people of Plano. After graduation from the Baylor College of Dentistry in 1996, Dr. Moore remained as an Associate Clinical Professor (TAMUS) in the Oral Surgery/Pharmacology Department. She currently serves as a part time clinical professor at the Baylor College of Dentistry/Texas A&M University, and she donates her time to the Baylor Alumni Board and the Texas A&M Health and Sciences Center Advisory Committee to the President.
Honored with the Distinguished Fellowship in the American College of Dentists, Dr. Moore’s professionalism extends beyond dentistry to the wellness of her patients. Certified in advanced cardiac life support, Dr. Moore is active in community health fairs and wellness programs, including oral cancer screenings. As a fellow of the American College of Dentists, International College of Dentists, and Academy of General Dentistry. Her memberships also include the ADA (American Dental Association), Texas Dental Association, Dallas County Dental Society, and Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society.
An active staff member of the Medical Center of Plano and courtesy staff for Richardson Regional Hospital, Dr. Moore’s diverse medical background and commitment to her community enhances both her personal and professional life.
Proud parent to 3 dogs, Pam enjoys travel and boating. When not caring for the health and dental needs of her patients, you can find Pam participating in anything that will bring her outdoors. Fresh air, clean water and a safe environment are very important to Dr. Moore who “goes green” when ever possible.
Highly energetic, Dr. Moore’s commitment to her patients and her practice is evidenced by her continuing education in the art and science of dentistry. As a regular volunteer for the Texas Mission of Mercy, she provides free dentistry to the underserved areas of metropolitan Dallas and surrounding areas.
Passionate about dentistry, and compassionate when providing care, Dr. Moore maintains her position at the top of her profession in Plano, Texas.
